Troubleshooting
Problem
When upgrading from FP13 or older to a more recent fix pack (29 and higher), the Impact health checker fails.
Symptom
The impact_server_health_check.log reports the following:
run_nci_check_etc_dir:

[echo] Unable to run nci_check_etc_dir.sh script because a compatible jar is not available for Impact FP 13
BUILD FAILED
