Error description

• This APAR enables IMS Tools Setup to generate the appropriate
  authorization to grant to the ATYADMIN.SETUP class for new
  features of the IMS Administration Tool.

  *                      by IMS Tools Setup, is changed.         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF for this APAR.                 *

  After APAR/PTF PH55647/UI93612 is applied to IMS Administration
  Tool 1.1, IMS Administration Tool supports the capability to
  classify users into two types by using Security Authorization
  Facility (SAF). The access level required for the FACILITY class
  ATYADMIN.SETUP is changed to READ.
  
  To accommodate this change, the access level for the FACILITY
  class ATYADMIN.SETUP, which is specified in the RACF PERMIT
  command that IMS Tools Setup generates in CUSTJCL(#A5RACF2), is
  changed to READ.
