Error description

• Cooperative file listener trigger not occurring due to 40
  character limitation on the .WTX_<port>_<podname> for the
  private trigger directory.  The unique portion of the podname is
  truncated causing the directory name to be the same / non-unique
  for multiple pods.

  IBM Transformation Extender launcher users using hostnames /
  pods that run under cooperative file listener that are not
  unique within 30 chars of the name.
  
  Problem Description:
  The private directory for cooperative file listener for launcher
  has a 30 char limit for the hostname portion.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• Increased the hostname (pod) size to 50 chars in the private
  directory name.
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.2.0
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
