Error description

• This APAR enables IMS Tools Setup to configure IMS Toos to
  retrieve database definitions from the IMS catalog.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables IMS Tools Setup to    *
  *                      set up IMS Tools products that run in   *
  *                      IMS-managed ACBs environment.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF for this APAR.                 *

  New fields are added to ISPF panel HKTQPPRO, which is for
  registering IMS subsystem information. One of the new fields is
  for specifying  whether the IMS management of ACBs is enabled.
  These new fields enable IMS Tools Setup to configure IMS Tools
  products to obtain information from the IMS catalog instead of
  DBD, PSB, and ACB libraries.
  
  In addition, the following fix is provided by this APAR:
  
  Previously, IMS Tools Setup did not generate cataloged
  procedures for IMS High Performance Load and IMS High
  Performance Unload. This APAR enables IMS Tools Setup to
  generate the following cataloged procedures in the CUSTPROC data
  set:
  - HPLOAD
  - HPUNLOAD
