Fix number Type Component Description
138088 Defect API Parameter-based authentication has been disabled for all 10x webservice APIs. Other authentication methods need to be used, such as basic HTTP authentication.
143042 Defect API Problem: The reqretfunds_v2 API is documented having the input field 'additional_information'. This field is ignored during processing.
Resolution: All the APIs including reqretfunds_v2  use 'additional_info' and not 'additional_information'. This is a documentation defect that was fixed in 3.2.12.
145550 Defect TCH Problem: After installing out-of-the-box FTM the 'TCH Participant Load' task must be executed to enable TCH services involving participants 123456780 and 987654320. If this is not done, TCH APIs like request for payment and credit transfer involving these participants fail.
Resolution: We added to SampleAchConfiguration.xlsx in worksheet 'Partner Sub Services' the TCH services (CRDT, RFP, ACK, RMT, RFI, RFRF) for participants 123456780 and 987654320.
146438 Defect API Problem: When initiate credit transfer API pain.001 contains remitance information, the status of the generated pacs.008 is "Credit Transfer Complete" instead of "Wait for Remittance Correlation".
Resolution: When initiate credit transfer API pain.001 contains remittance information, the status of the generated pacs.008 is "Wait for Remittance Correlation".  If initiate credit transfer API pain.001 does not contain remittance information, the status of the generated pacs.008 is "Credit Transfer Complete".
Note. This matches the case where we drop an outbound pacs.008 in a queue.
146574 Defect UI Resolved an issue moving columns on a machine with both a touch screen and a mouse.
146781 Defect TCH When a transaction is returned, and the return transaction is matched to the original item, a cancel operation of the returned transaction will no longer result in that transaction being cancelled.  Returned transactions cannot be canceled.
148690 Defect Billing Billing Product Code can hold a service code when using service level billing. In that case if service code is greater than 4 characters, the value is truncated to first 4 characters. Billing Customer Number is truncated to the first 20 characters.
148155 Defect Distribution
In Distribution, two new timing points were added to the batch CSV tracing file.  They are queuePutTime and elapsedTimeOnQueue.  queuePutTime provides the time a message was posted to the distribution batch queue and elapsedTimeOnQueue provides the total time that a message spent on the queue.
Also, for outbound batches in FTM Workflow, the OUTBOUND_PRESENTMENT.QUEUED column is set to the time the first FTM Workflow batch build message for a given outbound batch is posted to the batch queue.  The OUTBOUND_PRESENTMENT.BUILDING column is set to the time that each FTM Workflow batch build message has completed processing by the batch bean.
These values are useful in measuring outbound transmission build performance.
