Troubleshooting
Problem
When IBM Cloud Pak System firmware is upgraded to Version 2.3.3.6, the Manage > Instance Console tab from the Virtual System Instances page is not accessible and opens a blank page.
This behavior is observed in IBM Cloud Pak System 2.3.3.6 when you use the Foundation pattern type 2.1.20.0 or newer with workloads older than Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.8.
