PH56829: RPT 10.5.3 TEST EDITOR DOESN'T SHOW "RECENTLY USED DATA SOURCES"

Error description

• In RPT 10.5.2 and earlier releases, when doing a substitution in
  a test, the Substitute menu would show earlier references if the
  "Show Recently Used Data Sources" option was selected (it is
  selected by default).  For example, with RPT 10.5.2, four
  entries like the following might be shown:
  
     Reference: "MyRef"
     Reference: "ln_17"
     Reference: "ln_16"
     Reference: "ln_18"
  
  In RPT 10.5.3, no recently used data sources are shown when
  substituting even when using the same test as in the above
  10.5.2 example.
