Troubleshooting
Problem
When authenticating with AzureAD, the Azure login prompt appears, and authentication succeeds. However, when the idToken passes to the return URL, an error displays, "Call to IdP failed to get identity"
Symptom
Error message: Call to IdP failed to get identity
Testing the AzureAD namespace in Cognos Configuration shows the error and a 401 code.
No changes are identified in the Cognos Analytics configuration. On checking AzureAD, it is observed that the client secret for the application has recently been renewed.
