Error description

• In AM05 (COB) segment if any present then all are required.
  Following is where this is not the case:
  Transactions are passing compliance when 341-HB and 342-HC, but
  431-DV is absent or the field is empty. This is related to the
  AM05 (COB) segment:
  341-HB, 342-HC and 431-DV.  If any are present, then are all
  required.
  
  Transactions are passing compliance when 341-HB and 342-HC, but
  431-DV is absent or the field is empty.
  
  Another scenario is when 353-NR and 351-NP are present, but
  352-NQ is absent or the field is empty. Transactions are passing
  compliance when 353-NR and 351-NP are present, but 352-NQ is
  absent or the field is empty.

  Problem Description:
  In AM05 (COB) segment, for repeating groups where if any fields
  are present then all are required, errors were not reported for
  missing DV or NQ fields.
  
  Platforms Affected:

Problem conclusion

• NCPDP validation file segment_rules.json file  was updated to
  include checks for additional fields that are required if a
  repeating group is present. This included DV, NQ, MW fields in
  the COB segment and the H9 field in the Pricing segment.
  
  Applies to:
  Healthcare Pack HIPAA 10.0.0, 10.0.3, 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 10.2.1
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
