Problem
Can not start Cognos services and times out with error:
CFG-ERR-0106 IBM Cognos configuration did not receive a response from the IBM Cognos Service in the time allotted
Symptom
The CFG-ERR-0106 error is a generic message that could lead to multiple causes. This technote focuses specifically on the following symptoms in the Websphere Liberty Profile logs:
