Error description
A customer discovered that a transaction's Net Server Time is being reported as 0 even though the transaction includes an HTTP page that has a non-zero response time. A transaction's Net Server Time (in the Transaction Report) should correspond to the summation of the page response times for all HTTP pages in the transaction. In the case where the transaction is inside an HTTP page (i.e. it does not include a full page), the Net Server Time will be 0. If transactions are nested like: OuterTransaction HTTP_Page_One InnerTransaction then the Net Server Time for both the OuterTransaction and InnerTransaction will be 0. The expectation is that the Net Server Time for OuterTransaction should be the same as the response time for HTTP_Page_One and that the Net Server Time for InnerTransaction would be 0.
