Error description

• Searching a GRAPHIC column with a WHERE clause on Virtual Tables
  based on Db2 table and IMS, VSAM and Sequential datasets return
  different result sets.
  Example:
  Assume that a GRAPHIC column contains a record with some DBCS
  characters followed by DBCS spaces. e.g. 'DVM2       '.
  When doing a SELECT on the column with "WHERE column = 'DVM2',it
  returns that row no matter if DBCS spaces are padded or not.
  For similar query against IMS, VSAM or Sequential virtual table,
  it does not return that row unless the DBCS spaces are padded in
  the WHERE clause.
  Similar query against Db2 virtual table behaves differently
  than IMS virtual table. It treats the column like a VARGRAPHIC.
  When executing a query against Db2, with or without padded
  spaces, it will return the correct rows.
  
  The behavior should match how CHAR and VARCHAR works.
