IBM MRO Inventory Optimisation - User References Tab for User Administration

The 'User references' tab is used for user administration. It has 5 expandable listed areas to see details under each title. 

The listed areas are:

• Workflow global (default or authorised) recipients - all roles on Workflow rules where the user is assigned as an authorised or default approver at a global level are to be listed.  The rule name and description is displayed.   If the user does not appear on any role in workflow configuration then it displays the 'User is not assigned to any workflow global recipient list'.
• Workflow User default recipients - the user is assigned to a role for a workflow rule as an approver for an individual. If the user is not assigned to a role for any individuals then it displays the 'User is not assigned to any workflow user default recipient list' .
• Workflow reviews awaiting approval - any outstanding workflow approvals waiting for the user to action. If the user does not have any items awaiting their approval in workflow then it displays the message 'User has no outstanding workflow approvals' .
• Workflow Requests in progress - the workflow request which is still in progress & waiting for one or more reviewers. If the user does not have any Workflow requests in progress then it displays the message 'User has no outstanding workflow requests'.
• Item change requests in progress - any item change requests that are assigned to the user for processing. If the user does not have any item change requests assigned for processing then it displays the message 'User has no outstanding item change requests for processing' when row expanded. 

All of the above information will assist in finding where the user needs to be removed so they can be deactivated or checked before their access is modified. It is informational only.  Management of user assignment to roles on rules at both an individual and global level as well as management of item change requests need to be done in the appropriate areas of MRO IO.

Each area list must be blank before a user can be deactivated/deleted.
