Abstract
MaaS360 introduces new Skip Item panes in the Add Profile workflow of Device Enrollment Program (DEP). Administrators can customize the enrollment process by allowing users to skip the required panes.

MaaS360 introduces the following panes in the Skip Items section:
iOS Version | Skip Item | Description |
---|---|---|
iOS 18 | Camera Button, Intelligence, and Web Content Filter | This skip item is available from iOS 18 and later. |
iOS 18 | Action Button | This skip item is available in iOS 17 and later. |
iOS 17 | Safety | The Safety pane is specific to iPhone 14 and 14 Pro models. This pane does not have any configuration options but notifies the user about safety features on the device. |
iOS 17 | Intended User | The Intended User pane is automatically skipped during Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) or Device Enrollment Program (DEP) enrollments. The Skip Key only exists for enrollment with Apple Configurator 2. If you set up an iOS 17 device without DEP or Supervision, the pane appears after the Data & Privacy pane. This pane allows a user to set up an iPhone for themselves or for a child in their family. |
iOS 17 | Terms Of Address | The Terms Of Address pane is shown when selecting a language that has feminine and masculine variants of words, like Spanish. |
