  DFHHC0801W messages indicating that IBM programs are not being
  invoked for CICS protected transactions are issued at CICS
  startup and repeated every 30 minutes for every customized
  transaction. For example: DFHHC0801W date time applid
  Transaction
  CESF does not invoke program DFHSFP.

Problem conclusion

• Message DFHHC0801W will now only be issued a maximum of 10 times
  
  at CICS startup, referring to the following transactions:
  CEGN, CESF, CESL, CESN, CLQ2, CLR1, CLR2, CLS1, CLS2, and CSGM.
  Subsequent dispatches of the CICS Healthchecker will not cause
  these messages to be re-issued.
