How do I compile DOCK6?
Use the following procedure to compile dock :
1- generate the config.h file :
cd install
./configure gnu
See the attachment as an example for the config.h
2- force 32bit compilation and link :
Modify the config.h file (added -m32 after compilers / loader ).
3- run the tests :
make > make.tests.out 2>&1
Please note that a modified configure script should be used instead of a modified config.h
