  History is valid for Db2 V13 and above." will be modified to:
  HAA835E - Utility History is valid for Db2 V13 function level
  501 and later.
  2) Panel HAA$MAIN: When connected to a Db2 SSID < V13 FL501 and
  selecting option 13 (Utility History), error message HAA835E
