IBM Expert Labs for Infrastructure provides the capability to purchase pre-scoped and pre-priced Standard Offerings for faster solution implementation in your organization. These Standard Offerings are backed by IBM Expert Labs consultants with deep technical expertise, valuable tools, and successful methodologies designed to promote best practices and address complex infrastructure challenges. We advise on and implement technology solutions for hybrid cloud and enterprise IT data center infrastructure. This enables protection of your IT investment and consistently maintains high availability for mission-critical workloads across IBM systems. For example, while purchasing new IBM infrastructure, you might be looking for design services such as hybrid cloud, availability, or security. You might need assistance for implementing new hardware or an advanced feature. You might need assistance with automation or an assessment to improve security, availability, health, or performance of your infrastructure.

IBM Expert Labs for Infrastructure Standard Offerings are sold as specific offerings or in units of measure called Project Units. 

Project Units are a unique element of the Standard Offerings from IBM Expert Labs for Systems (IBM Power, IBM Storage, IBM Z or LinuxONE; excludes GDPS and Z SW) in which clients can purchase any number of Expert Labs Project Units for the IBM Brand and then select the specific offering within that IBM Brand later. One Project Unit is approximately one resource week of service.
