  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * This APAR provides code to support a                         *
  * future enhancement to the utility                            *
  * history function.                                            *
  * In addition, this APAR addresses                             *
  * these RUNSTATS utility problems which                        *
  * may also affect the accuracy of                              *
  * the SYSUTILITIES.NUMOBJECTS column                           *
  * value if the utility history function                        *
  * is active with subsystem parameter                           *
  * UTILITY_HISTORY=UTILITY in function                          *
  * level V13R1M501 or higher:                                   *
  * 1. RUNSTATS TABLESPACE on a LISTDEF                          *
  * list with the PARTLEVEL option                               *
  * may incorrectly serialize on and turn                        *
  * on a utility-in-progress state                               *
  * (UTRW or UTRO) on non-partitioned                            *
  * indexes (NPI) on a partitioned table                         *
  * space.                                                       *
  * 2. RUNSTATS TABLESPACE LIST USE                              *
  * PROFILE serializes on NPIs at the                            *
  * logical partition level.                                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR provides code to support a future enhancement to
  the utility history function.
  In addition, this APAR addresses these RUNSTATS utility
  problems which may also affect the accuracy of the
  NUMOBJECTS column value in the SYSIBM.SYSUTILITIES catalog
  table if the utility history function is active with subsystem
  parameter UTILITY_HISTORY=UTILITY in function level V13R1M501
  or higher:
  
  1. RUNSTATS TABLESPACE on a LISTDEF list with the PARTLEVEL
  option may incorrectly serialize on and turn on a
  utility-in-progress state (UTRW or UTRO) on non-partitioned
  indexes (NPI) on a partitioned table space after processing
  the first table space partition in the list.
  
  2. RUNSTATS TABLESPACE LIST USE PROFILE serializes on NPIs at
  the logical partition level.  This is incorrect because
  RUNSTATS does not operate on logical partitions (index keys
  which belong to the same physical table space partition) of
  an NPI.
