Error description
a problem about subscription data in the developer portal after we execute upgrade from v2018 to v10. The subscription data are not synced in developer portal for apps that have been subscribe before the upgrade, but this case are not occur for new subscription after the upgrade. When we check on Try It screen, we found that all the apps are disabled but when we check on the api manager, the apps are already subscribed. But if we try to create new subscription with another apps on that consumer, the existing apps is back to enabled state on the Try It screen. After the upgrade finished, we delete that portal and then provision new portal for that catalog and start over the customization (we only delete this portal and not delete portal on another catalog).
