PH55222: ISSUE MORE DIAGNOSTIC DATA IN CASE OF ABENDU1136 REASON 5F

Error description

• When unloading LOB or XML in native mode, if the process
  terminates in ABENDU1136 with reason 5F which means an internal
  error occured when freeing a LOB tablespace page, Db2 HPU should
  dump the involved page to make the troubleshooting of such
  errors easier.
