APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is performing BROWSE in R(eport) Mode, or creating a
  BATCH REPORT, of an EXTRACT or ARCHIVE file which contains table
  with a Unicode DBCLOB column.
  
  While the BROWSE is performed on a MIXED=NO subsystem, the
  presented output may show some garbage for such columns.
  On a MIXED=YES subsystem, the following System Error may be
  raised when the DBCLOB column contains a NULL value.
  
             An Internal System Error has Occurred
