IBM Security Guardium Deployment Health Table shows connection problem with appliance, even though the Central Manager Management shows the appliance as green

Troubleshooting


Problem

In the Deployment Health Table, we can see that the appliance shows the following:

However, this states that the appliance cannot be connected to, from the Central Management menu on the Central Manager the appliance status is green.
Also, we can connect to the appliance using putty to the cli without error.
