Problem
管理者が WinCollect 10.1.4 以降をインストールしようとすると、「 WinCollect 10 セットアップ・ウィザードが途中で終了しました ( WinCollect 10 Setup Wizard ended prematurely ) 」エラーが原因でインストールを完了できない問題が発生する可能性があります。 この問題は、WinCollect 10.1.4 で追加された新しい仮想アカウント機能によって発生します。 この問題を解決するには、管理者権限のアカウントからコマンド・ラインを使用して WinCollect 更新プログラムをインストールする必要があります。
Symptom
管理者が MSI ファイルをダブルクリックして WinCollect 10 をインストールしようとすると、すべてのフィールドに正しく入力した場合でも、「 WinCollect 10 セットアップ・ウィザードが途中で終了しました ( WinCollect 10 Setup Wizard ended prematurely ) 」というエラーが表示されます。
