Troubleshooting
Problem
After upgrading Maximo, you might start to see an error with all reports, custom and out of the box.
The reports fail when they try to display a negative number.
This error can be seen in the Maximo log.
Symptom
Here is the error from the log.
org.mozilla.javascript.EvaluatorException: Can not convert the value of org.eclipse.birt.data.engine.core.DataException: A BIRT exception occurred. See next exception for more information. The original dataType of value '-23.9 is class java.lang.String which can not be converted to the assigned dataType class java.lang.Double. to Double typeDocument Location
