Observer jobs may error with truststore file(localhost.jks) not found

Troubleshooting


Problem

After adding new job for VMware vCenter Observer, it errors with following Error – how to fix it?
Failed to reach truststore_file for field [truststore_file]. The file ‘localhost.jks’ could not be found under /opt/ibm/netcool/asm/security.
Error

Symptom

The Observer log would contain following:
