  This can cause problems such as CDI.current() not working if
  caused from a shared library or an application not being
  considered CDI enabled if it only has CDI Beans in shared
  libraries
  

Problem conclusion

• We have updated the code so shared libraries are now
  considered application BDAs
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
