Netcool Operations Insight - "Error 404 SRVE0190E: File not found: /" when loading CNEA, Topology Manager pages.

Summary

WebGUI/DASH console integrations show successful connections with container resources (CNEA, Topology Manager, Runbook automations). However, when accessing the CNEA, Topology Manager pages there is a redirect to the common UI login page. After passing valid credentials a "Error 404 SRVE0190E: File not found: /" error is displayed. Based on browser developer tool analysis it is suspected the issue is related to the different domains in the fully qualified host names (FQDN) of the on-prem WebGUI and NOI OCP cluster.
