Configure SAML for BAN on an OpenShift environment in Cloud Pak for Business Automation 23.0.1

How To

Summary

The CP4BA environment uses IAM to log in by default. In this document, we show a SAML SSO configuration sample of using IAM and an external IDP server in a CP4BA 23.0.1 environment. When a user logs in to a CP4BA component like Content Platform Engine or Business Automation Navigator (BAN), the login page redirects to the external IDP server login page. After a successful login, the page switches back to the product address. Since the configuration uses IAM, all the components in CP4BA that use IAM "take effect".
