How to download Inventory Items?
Steps
To download specific item records, first select and tag specific item records that you would like to download, otherwise all records are selected, which might generate a large file and take a long time to complete.
Steps-
- After selecting and tagging items to download, click the actions menu and then click Download.
- Select Csv or XLSX.
Result: The selected records are exported in your preferred format and downloaded to your local client.
Notes:
- To download all records, do not select and tag items before you click Download.
- If you select the checkbox in the column header, only those records that are on the current page will be tagged and downloaded.
