On 16 June 2023, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Application Suite Manage Component patch 8.5.6.

DT161034 Database configuration Database Configuration (configDB) code is not checking for SQLSTATE=57007.
DT188012 Mobile Entries in the mobiledb table prevent preload database from generating without logging an error.
DT195797 System UI Users can log into Manage following disabling MAFAPPDATA status.
DT197187 Mobile When USERID and PERSONID are different, pre-loaded database cannot be downloaded.
DT202907 Service Request The Description field and character count fields are not totally visible.
DT203396 Storerooms The "Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions" look-up contains non-storeroom locations.
DT204752 Mobile Issue with Maximo Mobile preloaded DB generation when mxe.int.globaldir is a shared network drive.

Manually Installing the Patch
  • Log in to Maximo Application Suite Administration as an administrative user.
  • On the left, click Applications.
  • From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
  • In the dialog box, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
  • Under Activation configuration, click your workspace details page link.
  • From the Action menu, select Update configuration.
  • Under Configurations, click the pencil icon on the Components line.
  • In the Maximo Base line, under new version click the down arrow.
  • Select Version. Enter 8.5.6
  • Click Save.
