Error description

• During the collect, a log record is skipped due to nulls in the
  target GROUP BY column.The record is of type SMF_089. The value
  for target column TIME was set to null due to error.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The collect results in warning message  *
  *                      DRL0336W. The log record is skipped due *
  *                      to nulls in the target GROUP BY column. *
  *                      The record is of type SMF_089. The      *
  *                      value for target column TIME was set    *
  *                      to null due to an error.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF's provided.                    *

  When the SMF type 89 interval is less than one minute, the TIME
  calculation fails when it tries to ROUND with a 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• The TIME calculation defaults the time resolution to one
  minute if the INTERVAL is < 1.
