Error description

  • When using IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) 10.1.2 where a map
uses the PACKAGE() function on a type tree object defined a
Character > Binary, The output may not be as expected, and
instead be a string of NULLs (Hex 00). The TEXT() function
pulls the correct data, but by design, not the initiator and
terminator return by the PACKAGE() function.
