Troubleshooting
Problem
When checking the license count for Cognos Analytics under Manage -> Licenses, all users are counted as Analytics Administrator but in reality only few users are Analytics Administrator, and all other users are part of different roles and groups.
Symptom
- Access the licenses page in IBM Cognos Analytics, click .
- Notice that all users are showing under Analytics Administrator license.
