Troubleshooting
Problem
The error "CRCRD7135W: Some changes to this module were discarded" appears when select File > Save in the Formal Module in IBM DOORS.
Symptom
The Formal Module is configured in Change Management integration and the user tries to save the module, received following error:
The Recording Report shows following message:
"Check create outlinks...
Warning: This outlink creation is discarded: /Testing RCR/DOORS-RCR-Unmanaged Changes/1-->/Testing RCR/DOORS Links-->/Testing RCR/DOORS-RCR-Unmanaged Changes/2"
