Problem
Running Full Windows System Recovery "bare metal restore" using "dsmc restore systemstate" command is failing with With "ANS1459E VSS Automated System Recovery (ASR) failed" message.
Symptom
The System State restore operation fail with ANS1459E. A client trace logs the rc=0X80042407 error.
