Problem
QCI 3.6.1.4
Issue where user logs into the QCI Admin console, the QCI tasks load, but after a couple of seconds the Admin Console crashes.
The QCI server still runs and scheduled synchs run but no user is able to login to the QCI Admin Console for this QCI Server.
In the crash log generated there is an "out of range" error
Symptom
The QCI Admin Console cannot load the synch tasks for this QCI server.
