Question
When editing xml files in the following directories.
/opt/IBM/JazzSM
/opt/IBM/netcool/gui/omnibus_webgui
/opt/IBM/netcool/gui/omnibus_webgui
Do not create any backup files in the current directory, as you may see unexpected issues.
If you need to modify any xml file in the directories mentioned, save them off to /tmp or $HOME as an example.
Here is an example when you may be asked to back up a xml file.
