Troubleshooting
Problem
My Service Diagnosis Metrics Search and Forecasting charts are empty although I continuously load data to Predictive Insights.
Symptom
In $PI_UI_HOME/wlp/usr/servers/piserver/logs/messages.log, I found these issues:
SystemOut O INFOThere are too many missing values within the data for this KPI to generate forecasts. The required data availability is at least 0.5
SystemOut O INFOForecast values could not be obtained
