Problem
The changes made to the cloud Pak console branding log do not reflect in the cp-console
Symptom
Customizing the console branding (logo) only for the cloud Pak (CPD) console, but the image does not get used for the cp-console (including the log-in and log-out pages) where the zen plugins are not used.
