This applies to IBM Facilities and Real Estate Management (TRIRIGA) on Cloud, also known as TRIRIGA SaaS, environments running version 10.5.3.2 or older.
TRIRIGA SaaS is based on the TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager application code base, the 10.5.x versions of which reached end of support (EOS) on April 30, 2022.
The list for Supported Versions for IBM TRIRIGA Products is below:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/supported-versions-ibm-tririga-products
Customers who have a current SaaS contract can continue to use the software and can continue to open support cases, however, If you are planning on deferring the upgrade, the following implications should be clearly understood:
- If a support case is opened the IBM Support team will work to replicate the issue on the latest application and platform version. If the issue exists in the latest version, then an APAR will be opened, and the fix will be planned for a future release.
- If it is a critical issue that meets the criteria of delivering a fix via a fix pack, the fix pack will be evaluated for delivery on the latest available supported release level. If the issue does not exist in the latest version, then the fix has likely been provided in that or a previous version.
- fixes in the form of fix packs for 10.5.3.x will not be provided for issues that are identified on that, or any other unsupported version.
- There is no extended support option for IBM TRIRIGA SaaS.
- Starting with the 11.3/4.3 release, IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite, IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager, and IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform are now released as a Continuous-Delivery (CD) offering with regular update packages. (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6832760/)
- An upgrade deadline may be imposed by IBM Corporate Security in 2023
Customers who have chosen to defer will continue to be strongly encouraged to upgrade on future contacts.
