Problem
The error "Failed to save resource groups" occurs in IBM Engineering Data Collection Component (DCC) Resource Group Configuration for IBM ERM DOORS.
Symptom
The IBM ERM DOORS is configured with IBM Engineering Data Collection Component (DCC) and the user's password in Resource Group Configuration is changed in the DOORS application.
You are trying to update the user's password in DCC Resource Group Configuration section and click Test Connection. The Test Connection is successful.
However, the following error occurs in the DCC (Data Collection Component) Resource Group Configuration for IBM DOORS when click the Save button.
Failed to save resource groups
Error 500: CRRCD6700E The repository ID for the https://<hostname>:8443/dwa/dwa-rrtranslator resource group was not found. The error occurs at IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS (1)
