Summary
When configured for HTTPS, PAW only uses the HTTP port to respond with a redirect to use HTTPS.
When in PAW HTTPS is enabled with EnableSSL=true the plain HTTP access is technically disabled. The port itself remains open to redirect users to https.
There is no way to modify PAW configuration file to achieve block port used by HTTP.
If we want to simply no response on port 80 this can be done in several ways.
One of which is to firewall port 80 on the host.
