Problem
Customer created a new namespace in IBM Cognos Configuration.
Logging into the new namespace in a web browser fails with
AAA-AUT-0013 The user is already authenticated in all available namespaces
Symptom
The property 'Restrict access to members of the built-in namespace? ' is set to true in Security->Authentication in IBM Cognos Configuration.
