Egypt reintroduced Daylight Saving Time (DST) on 28 April 2023.
App Connect Enterprise v12.0.9.0 and v11.0.0.21 will each include IANA version 2023c. This ICU TimeZone version includes updates for Egypt DST changes.
APAR IT43609 updates the ICU TimeZone version in IBM App Connect Enterprise to IANA version 2023c.

- Fix Central v12 - Fix applies to versions: 12.0.8.0, 12.0.7.0, 12.0.6.0, 12.0.5.0
- Fix Central v11 - Fix applies to versions: 11.0.0.20, 11.0.0.19, 11.0.0.18, 11.0.0.17
- Fix Central v10.1 - Fix applies to versions: 10.1
- Fix Central v10.0 - Fix applies to all versions except 10.0.0.0 and 10.0.0.1
Users of IBM Integration Bus and IBM App Connect Enterprise can confirm successful APAR installation by running the command:
mqsiservice -t
Check that the output of the command shows the following information:
ICU TZ Data Version: 2023c
