• dm_punch_hole fails when deleting a non-resident (stub) file
  that is also in a snapshot
  

Local fix

• Deleting the the snapshots that contains such being deleted
  non-resident stub file.
  

Problem summary

• The TCT recall process could fail or report some errors during
  deleting a non-resident (stub) file that is also in a snapshot.

• This problem is fixed in 5.1.2.11

  Benefits of the solution:
  Fixed the code so the dmapi recall or puch hole kind of
  operations can be done when deleting a non-resident stub file
