Problem
"The registry information for the widget package was not found" error occurred while attempting to open 'Page Designer' within Case Builder of IBM Business Automation Workflow.
Symptom
After creating a sample solution that utilizes default pages, an error message similar to the following appears upon attempting to open them:

The registry information for the widget package was not found.
The widget package registry cannot be found.
Contact your system administrator to ensure that the widget package is registered correctly and that the widget package folder is configured correctly.
