Troubleshooting
Problem
When you attempt to upgrade to Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) 7.0.2, it fails with the following error:
ERRORCODE=-4461, SQLSTATE=42815
Symptom
When you attempt upgrade from CLM 6.0.6.1 to ELM 7.0.2, the repotools-<app> -addTables command fails.
