• HIPAA Compliance - passthrough map is not reporting SNIP 1-4
  errors for 277CA. Below are the errors that were not reported in
  the HIPAA passthrough map. They are identified in the 277CA:
  
  1) Secondary ID sent in REF segment when NPI was sent in NM109
  
  2) Invalid value in QTY02

Problem conclusion

• Component rules added to the hipaa type trees so data with QTY03
   = 0 or REF present if NPI also present will fail type tree
  validation.
