• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SE01 value is not being read correctly for an X12 input 180
  file. Getting the following:
  
  E0104 The segment count in the transaction trailer does not
  match the actual number of segments.  Actual count: 141, trailer
  value: 143.
  
  Some transactions are accepted, however, some are not, even
  though their SE01 is correct.

Problem conclusion

• Issue caused with recent X12 default release character "!" with
  the input data stream just before the segment terminator.  The
  default release character processing was modified not to use the
   character "!" as the default release character.
  
  
  Applies to:
  
  Supply Chain Pack  10.1.0, 10.2.0
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
